I called for an estimate for a new sprinkler system. Jim and his son came the next day to take measurements. They custom designed my system and the cost was very reasonable. The level of time, effort, care, knowledge, professionalism, friendliness that Jim and Brandon exhibited on this project is outstanding!!! Jim and Brandon made it a point and took time out of their busy days to monitor the status of the pool demo project that took place before the sprinkler project, so that they could find lines that we could use in order to save us money. Their service and hard work is unmatchable in my opinion. It was as though this was their house or that of a close family member and handled with great care. When inevitable unforeseen issues arose, (not having to do with their work) Jim and Brandon were resourceful, helpful and creative to find solutions. We have been looking for a quality sprinkler company in the greater Macomb area for a while. H2Flo is a great family run, local company that delivers high quality work at a fair price. I called to have 4 sprinkler heads repaired and H2Flo showed up the same day and completed the job. Jim and his son were professional, courteous, with an attention to detail I have not received from some of the other local companies. I bought a house recently and had issues with the existing irrigation system. I called and Jim came out the same day and troubleshot the system. He explained to me what needed to be done and went over the costs with me. The next day Jim and Brandon arrived on time and got the job done.
